Meetings with a spine
One connected rhythm — every meeting on the same spine. The clock, the issues board, the numbers people bring, and a record of what came out of it.
On target, slipping, or off — one word each. Off-target becomes an issue.

The Board
worked at 0:30 — parked, never dropped
The structure does the enforcing, so nobody has to.
Every rule a good facilitator holds in their head is built into the clock, the board and the close — which means the meeting runs the same way when the facilitator is on holiday.
The hour ends when it says it will
One segment is nominated to absorb overruns, so time comes out of the issue block rather than the end of the meeting. When that block is squeezed below its floor, the app proposes the trade out loud — halve the coaching slot, or drop it this week.
Raise it, park it, keep moving
Anything surfaced mid-round goes to the board instead of derailing the round. The solve block ranks the board and works the top of it — each issue gets a real decision, an owner and a date, or it is escalated on purpose.
The numbers arrive before the room does
People file their metrics and to-do results ahead of a deadline the admin sets. When everyone has filed, the reading segments collapse to a confirmation and the minutes they give back flow to the issues. Who filed, who filed late, and who never did is on the screen.
Nothing leaves without an owner and a date
The close confirms every task, approves the to-dos people proposed, and sets the cascade message. Issues that keep coming back are surfaced on the dashboard — carrying twice is a decision the room keeps avoiding.
Four altitudes, one scorecard, and a route for anything too big for the room.
Most meeting systems are a single meeting. This one connects them: a problem that cannot be solved where it was raised travels up a tier and arrives on the agenda there.
Four things a meeting system has to deliver.
Keeping the ball rolling
Accountability from each individual
No lost initiatives
Data easily accessible to leadership
Run your next meeting on it.
Four questions and your whole system is built — every agenda, the escalation between meetings, and the scorecard. Change any of it afterwards.
